Maria Laura from Belgium and William Isvy said yes on Saturday September 10, first at the Brussels town hall, then at the Saints-Michel-et-Gudule cathedral.
All the guests at the wedding of Astrid and Lorenz’s daughter met in Bozar after the civil and religious unions. This is where the reception and the celebratory dinner took place.
The royal family took the opportunity to pose and immortalize this important moment in an incredible snapshot.
The photo, taken by Belga photographer Mathieu Golinvaux, brings together all the members of the royal family who were present at the festivities.
We obviously find the newlyweds of the day, surrounded, among others, by Laura’s parents, Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, as well as her two brothers and two sisters: Princes Joachim and Amadeo, and Princesses Luisa and Laetitia. Amadeo’s two children, Anna-Astrid and Maximilian, are also present in the photo, as is his wife Elisabetta Rosboch von Wolkenstein.
King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, along with their four children Princesses Elisabeth and Éléonore and Princes Gabriel and Emmanuel, also appear in this rare and impressive family photo. Just like King Albert and Queen Paola, Prince Laurent and Princess Claire (as well as their three children) or even Princess Delphine and her companion James O’Hare.
