Art and its expression sometimes have no limits. Some Brussels motorists were able to see this on Tuesday morning in the streets of the Belgian capital. As this Twitter user shows, geolocated in Ixelles, a street artist has settled quietly between two traffic lights. He installed a wire there to walk on and juggle on, while the pedestrian light was green. In front of dozens of cars waiting to be able to (re) circulate, the individual complies, and immediately, the situation raises questions. How did he install his equipment so quickly? Does he have time to cross the road on his wire for the duration of the pedestrian light? What is this person doing? To entertain motorists? In any case, the scene did not go unnoticed. “The juggling tightrope walker hooks his wire to traffic lights. That, I had never seen…”comments on the tweetos which is none other than the 2th alderman of the municipality of Ixelles in charge of town planning and heritage.

Among the comments, opinions are mixed on this performance: “In Brussels a lot of unlikely people!”one Internet user is having fun while another is offended “What are the police doing??? this scum needs to be fixed” and that another has fun: “It’s not going to last long”. The story does not tell if the tightrope juggler made it beyond the road before the cars started again…
