In an interview with Télé Star released last week, Paul El Kharrat spoke about his relationship with the host of 12 Coups de midi:
“Why would I be friends with Jean-Luc Reichmann? We haven’t spoken to each other for almost a year for all kinds of reasons that I won’t reveal,” said the ex-champion. “I have no direct or privileged contact with this man.” And reconciliation is not for tomorrow… “I don’t want to take another step towards an individual who annoyed me for reasons that I prefer to keep quiet”, he concluded, specifying that he would no longer participate in the special editions of the TF1 game. Paul prefers, by far, to participate in the Big Heads. “All of this allowed me to have rapprochements with Laurent Ruquier that I never had with Jean-Luc Reichmann, with whom we never left the facilitator-student relationship.”
However, in a new interview for TV Magazine, Paul El Kharrat insisted on returning to his remarks: “I mean no harm to Jean-Luc, I still appreciate him and I can’t stand what has been said in the press. knowing that I was as skilful as possible in front of a journalist who was much less so, or who did not necessarily have the heart to restore a semblance of truth”, he vilifies. “The journalist tied words together like a puzzle to make it look like I attacked the program Les 12 coups de midi and Jean-Luc. This is not the case… I close this debate by saying once and for all all that I don’t attack people for no reason. Even if I had grievances against someone, I wouldn’t say the reasons on a TV set. I’m not ungrateful, I don’t question the work that I did in the game of TF1, and that it is thanks to that that I was known”, proclaims the columnist of the Big Heads.
