On TikTok, Joy Hallyday confided in her links with Cameron, her 18-year-old nephew, the son of David Hallyday. A relationship that would be, to say the least, “complicated” according to her.
David Hallyday had two daughters from a first union with Estelle Lefébure. After their divorce, the son of Johnny Hallyday and Sylvie Vartan married Alexandra Pastor. The couple had a son on October 8, 2004: Cameron, who is now 18 and sang on his father’s album.
Cameron Hallyday is therefore the nephew of Laura Smet, but also of Jade and Joy, the daughters of Taulier and Laeticia Hallyday. And like all members of the family, he too was affected by the inheritance issues that divided the clan after the rocker’s death.
A complicated relationship
On TikTok, under a publication by Joy Hallyday dating from the beginning of July, a user indicated that she knew the “cousinof the soon-to-be-14-year-old girl.I don’t have a cousin“, she replied. The user then clarified that she was talking about Cameron and asked him who he was for her. “My nephew but today it’s complicated“, Jade’s little sister said. She then added: “It’s a little complicated, like we don’t talk to each other anymore“. Without saying more…
In September 2021 in The ParisianLaeticia Hallyday had already explained that her daughters Jade and Joy no longer spoke with the rest of the family: “We have a feeling of abandonment, my daughters no longer exist for them. I think with time things will calm down […] and I hope that one day Jade and Joy will find their brother and their sister“, she had declared.
