The month of July is already behind us and the start of the school year for your toddlers is fast approaching. Who says back to school says new supplies. Purchases that quickly drive up the bill. Especially when there are several children to re-equip for the coming year. When we love, we don’t count… But still a little!

So we went to compare the prices of school supplies on both sides of the border. For Belgium, we chose the Carrefour hypermarket located in the Grands Prés gallery in Mons. On the French side, we went to the Carrefour hypermarket in Condé-sur-l’Escaut.

Such a price difference is not negligible. If you have a tight budget, you will therefore have to consult several stores and, possibly, cross the border…
