Among Huawei’s audio products is the FreeBuds Studio: the brand’s first Bluetooth headphones with noise reduction. If when it was released the price was 329 euros, it then went down to 249 euros, to now only cost 109.99 euros.
If Huawei offers several wireless headphones in its catalog, the brand has designed a first Bluetooth headset: the FreeBuds Studio. For its entry into the audio headset market, Huawei integrates active noise reduction and some popular features such as multipoint Bluetooth for example into its product. Difficult to recommend when it was released because of its high price, today it is trading at a much more attractive price thanks to this discount of 220 euros on its initial price.
The benefits of FreeBuds Studio
- A comfortable helmet with neat finishes
- A balanced sound signature
- Excellent battery life: almost 2 days
With an introductory price of 329 euros, then discounted at 249 euros, Huawei’s FreeBuds Studio headphones are currently available on sale at only 109.99 euros on Cdiscount.

Where to buy The
Huawei Freebuds Studio at the best price?
A comfortable helmet with a neat look
For its first helmet, Huawei does not reinvent the wheel and offers a design quite similar to other references on the market. We are entitled to a circum-aural format, whose pads come to encompass the ear to ensure good passive isolation. Once placed on your head, the comfort is there thanks to the padded headband, even for a full day despite a weight of 260 grams. In terms of finishes, the Huawei FreeBuds Studio is rather neat with its metal-effect plastic shells and leather-like pads.
Huawei has designed an exclusively Bluetooth headset, therefore not wired. It will therefore be necessary to ensure that you have enough battery before leaving home. However, the Bluetooth connection has not been sloppy. The FreeBuds Studio is also compatible with Bluetooth Multipoint, which allows the user to connect the headphones to two devices simultaneously.
Decent noise reduction, but excellent battery life
The manufacturer’s first Bluetooth headset offers noise reduction using eight microphones. In fact, Huawei’s headphones do well in particularly noisy situations, such as in the street with heavy traffic, voices remain particularly audible. We are therefore far from the benefits of headphones from Sony or Bose. It is possible to adjust the noise reduction from the application, with four possible parameters depending on the sound environment.
For the audio part, the sound is rather balanced. The headset features 40mm transducers in each earpiece. The highs, mids and lows will be well highlighted. Finally, where the Studio headset excels brilliantly is in autonomy. If the manufacturer announces 24 hours and for 20 hours with active noise reduction, the Huawei FreeBuds Studio does better. During our test, it took 46 hours for the Huawei headphones to run out of battery. The headset goes from 0 to 81% battery in just 30 minutes, and to fully charge it takes 52 minutes.
